Questions

When is it too late to get an abortion?

In the United States, the legality of abortion varies by state. In Missouri, abortions can only be performed in the case of a medical emergency, pursuant to the state’s trigger law that went into effect in June 2022 following the Supreme Court’s ruling.

The most critical information you need to find out is how medically viable your pregnancy is, regardless of how far along it is.

At Pregnancy Care Center (PCC), your pregnancy will be verified first by a pregnancy test. Regardless of which options you are considering, an ultrasound can be performed in order to better determine the gestational health. Once you have verified information about your pregnancy, you will be better prepared to make decisions.

Pregnancy Care Center cares about the whole client and has a variety of services available to all clients.  Our services start with a pregnancy test and continue with ultrasound, coaching, classes, and a safe, supportive environment. Abortion, adoption, and parenting are all choices you have when you discover you are pregnant.  The Pregnancy Care Center has educational information about all three choices.
