Pregnancy Care Center (PCC) provides free pregnancy tests and information about pregnancy choices, including abortion. Ultrasounds are also offered free of charge for clients, including those who are considering an abortion. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday.

Although Springfield Pregnancy Care Center does not perform nor refer for abortions, we are here to provide support for you as you face a possible unplanned pregnancy. At PCC we are here to answer your questions, walk beside you during your entire pregnancy and for up to a year afterwards. All our services are free, professional, and confidential.
