Questions

Should I consider taking an abortion pill?

Your physician and Pregnancy Care Center nurses can give you information about the pill and explain any medical side effects reported by the manufacturer.  Although the Pregnancy Care Center does not supply nor have access to the abortion pill, PCC is still a community resource for information in helping you make the best decision.

Before choosing to take the abortion pill it is important to gather as much information as possible.

At Pregnancy Care Center, you can schedule a pregnancy test, receive an ultrasound and discuss all choices you are considering, including the abortion pill, with a nurse in a professional, confidential setting. If you decide that you want to take the abortion pill, you will need to schedule an appointment with a medical doctor to get more information.

Although Springfield Pregnancy Care Center does not perform or refer for abortion, we are here to provide support and help creating a personalized plan as you face a possible unplanned pregnancy.
